Dispatch Fee & Cancelation Policy
When an appointment is set with Dempsey Energy we collect a $99 dispatch fee for us to travel to a customer’s home. This covers a 15 minute diagnostic for the technician to assess the source of the problem. If the problem is detected within that timeframe and the client moves forward with the repair, the $99 fee is waived. If the diagnostic takes longer than 15 minutes, the $99 fee will still apply to cover the technicians time and effort.
If the customer cancels their appointment with Dempsey Energy this fee will not be refunded. You can contact our office staff from 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
